START A RETURN
To start a return, please email contact@copia-studios.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Our team will provide you with the return instructions.
RETURNS POLICY
We offer refunds on all eligible returns.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Items must be in resaleable condition
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As we are based in the EU, customers have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
Our 30-day return policy extends this right for your convenience.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are not refunded
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing (depending on your bank or payment provider).
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
We encourage exchanges by offering free return shipping within Denmark and the EU when choosing store credit.
If you choose store credit, we will:
- Cover return shipping for Denmark & EU customers
- Issue store credit for the full order amount including the original shipping cost
For customers outside the EU, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Denmark & EU – Store Credit
If you choose store credit, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Denmark & EU – Refunds
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping when requesting a refund.
UK & Rest of World
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable and will be deducted from refunds.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@copia-studios.com.
IMPORTANT
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
COPIA STUDIOS reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our return requirements. If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you.
