RETURN YOUR ORDER

To initiate your return, enter your order number found in your order confirmation email. 

RETURN POLICY

COPIA offers full refunds (excluding shipping charges).

If you for any reason want to return your order, you can return items that are unworn or unused. All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and in original packaging to be eligible for return. 

All return items need to be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded. 

If you wish to exchange your item, we offer free return shipping if you choose store credit. UK only. 

To register  a return, simply login to your account, find the order you want to return and click on ‘Return an item’. 

When do I get my refund? 

Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive an email notification. 

It should take 3-5 business days before you can see the refund back on your account, depending on your bank/credit card/form of payment. 

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. 

DAMAGED RETURNS

COPIA STUDIOS reserves all rights to reject any returned items that do not meet our requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
