We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
Processing may take up to 24 hours depending on when the order is placed.
Delivery time begins once your order has been shipped.

TAXES & DUTIES
Orders shipped within the EU are delivered duty paid (DDP), meaning no additional customs charges on delivery.
Orders shipped outside the EU (including the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If a parcel is refused or cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible for:
- Original shipping costs
- Any import fees incurred
- Return shipping costs
These costs will be deducted from your refund once the parcel has been returned.
